- Refined regulations around account suspensions or rental terminations
- New regulations for booking MILES Passes, including credit usage
- Clarifications regarding bookings made through third-party platforms
- Clearer definition of your responsibilities in managing your account (e.g. no sharing)
- More precise use of data during the rental process
- Clear rules for payments via payment providers
- Stricter vehicle usage requirements (e.g. no smoking, no improper use)
- Specific requirements for vehicle returns (e.g. fuel/charge level, return location)
